Welcome to Shamira. By accessing or using our incident management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Shamira is a real-time incident management and operational coordination platform designed for events of all sizes. The platform enables teams to log incidents, coordinate responses, and generate reports.
2. Account Responsibilities
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use automated means to access the service without permission
4. Beta Program
Shamira is currently in beta.
During this period:
- Free Access: The platform is provided free of charge. We may introduce pricing in the future with reasonable notice.
- No SLA Guarantees: While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee specific uptime during the beta period.
- Feature Changes: Features may be added, modified, or removed as we develop the platform.
- Feedback Welcome: We actively encourage user feedback to improve the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Shamira platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is our proprietary property protected by intellectual property laws.
Your content—including incident data, reports, and configurations—remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Shamira is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (during beta: €0).
7. Termination
You may stop using Shamira at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark, subject to applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
